Notes

What a great workout! My splits I needed to hit were 6:08, 5:58, 5:48, 5:38, 5:28 for a total of 29:00, and Mark and I finished in 28:47. Going into 400 meters to go, Mark and I had not strayed from +/- 2 seconds of every 400 split. My legs were pretty tired by the end of the 4th mile, and the 5th mile was a struggle, but the first 4 actually felt really good. This was a very hard workout, and I'm pretty tired, but I'm still healthy and life is pretty good because of it :) Afterwards I stretched, did hurdle mobility, did lunges, and foam-rolled.
