Notes

Gonna get back on that 2-a-day grind and see how my body reacts. I went to the wellness for this one, and I stopped short of 30 minutes because my legs were getting more tired than I expected. Gonna try to mix in some swimming and elliptical-ing this week as well, and we'll see how it goes. Afterwards I stretched and did some abs with a med-ball.
