Notes

Didn't run with a watch today, but whatever, it doesn't matter on recovery days. Foam rolled again last night, and legs are finally starting to come around. Felt pretty fresh today, but lingering tiredness was still there. I'm still planning on doing a steady-state run tomorrow, and I think by then the ol' legs should be ready to go. I like being able to train at a level where it takes a lot of work to get my body recovered properly from one workout to the next, without taking days off. This is the kind of training I've been building to for a few months now. If I can put 4-5 more weeks of ~50mpw with one long workout and a 16-20 mile trail run every week together, I will be in a good place for my race. 4 good striders, stretched, and core/exercises afterwards.
