Notes

Upper 70s with almost 100% humidity again. It really is a suffer fest. Legs feel great on everything except hills, when they feel absolutely shot. My goal by the end of August is to be around 50 miles per week with one base-phase workout per week. Strides, stretched, core, pushups, and knee-strengthening afterwards.
