Weightroom closed early (no surprise there), so had to go into the little back room by the trainer's room to bike. Had to do 30 minutes because I didn't have time to do a 5 minute warmup because Coach Clay moved up practice to 3:15, unbeknownst to me. This particular bike was really stupid and I couldn't adjust the level, so I was biking really fast on an easy level (usually over 100rpm), so got a good workout. Afterwards I stretched, did some core, and iced.
