Notes
Easy run today. Would have been 40 minutes but I stopped by the ball diamond complex to check out softball and baseball games that UND was playing in. There was also a middle school track meet going on at Red River High School's track. Did the first mile with the boys, but they turned around to go to a workout. Ended up cruising along pretty good by the end of the run and my legs got really tired actually. The good thing is that I felt no pain on the run. I've begun to notice that I am striking mid-foot with my left leg, which needs to stop because that's not my natural running form and that will just bring about more problems long term.
