Notes
Ran during the afternoon again, but the weather was much nicer today. Temp in the 70s, 50% humidity, and strong breeze from the south. Had plenty of time to do this, and felt really good, but decided to keep it in the 50 minute range like most of my runs have been this week, and then next week I'll bump up to an hour a day for easy runs, where I plan on keeping it for the duration. Legs a little tired today. Decided to not do striders because my last two miles were into the south wind and I was pretty tired. I went north and west, and the gravel roads are so peaceful, man!
