Easy out-and-back on the gravel. Mid 70s for temp with a breeze out of the west. It's supposed to be 90s the next few days. PASS. I felt amazingly good on this run today, and I'm really starting to enjoy running again. I missed it! Should I coach cross country in the fall? idk, but it's being offered to me.
