Evening run (around 9:30pm). 71F with a 69 dewpoint and cloudy. It's just so sticky your skin can't even breathe. With each passing day I'm noticing the accumulated fatigue of the recent increase in mileage and how many hills I'm running these days. I really think this will pay long-term dividends.
