Afternoon elliptical on my day off (so-to-speak). Pretty happy with it overall. Tomorrow I'll give running a try in the afternoon, but I'm not worried at all. I haven't felt any stiffness or pain in my foot in last 48 hours, so it'll be fine. Finished off with stretching and icing.
