Running all dem hills from home. Breathing was a little messy and times and legs felt a little tired at times, but I sometimes think about how I've spent most of my life not living anywhere near real hills. Honestly, my body is probably learning. Finished strong, skipped the strides because I don't want to over-do it right, stretched, and did exercises. Feeling good and feeling strong. Considering trying some sort of workout and a longer run next week.
