Notes

Kept it nice and easy today on the flat grass around the high school. Little breeze and showers the whole time, but I felt super comfortable. I rolled out my legs for probably 30 minutes last night, and they felt really fresh and relaxed. I did 4 good striders and stretched after. Feeling really good right now- hopefully that can continue and I can continue to be smart about what I'm doing. The long-term is my main goal.

After:

45 seconds of each of the three planks

20 pushups

30 each of regular crunches and side crunches

50 each side leg raises

50 each of flexed straight leg raises

10 glute bridges

20 each single leg glute bridges

10 each single leg squats

10 each lunges
