Notes
Steady, easy run for the first 6 miles speeding up to HM pace and faster for the last two. Made it about a mile past the concrete bridge over the GW parkway. Mile 4 was more difficult because it was pretty hilly. Form + cadence felt good, didn't have much trouble with the right knee or ankle after yesterday.
