~2.7 miles warmup, then 8x200m firmly in the recommended pace range of 37-43s per rep (Garmin only caught 7 of them since paused for 1). 1 mile cooldown afterwards. Generally went well, though I had a bit of cramping in my left calf after the warmup and my left knee felt a bit strange during cooldown. Inside of left foot toward ankle area extremely sore a few hours later. Did all of warmup and half of intervals with Matt.
