Notes

Used a metronome app to keep my cadence at 180 for the first half, then tried to maintain on my own the second half. Definitely easier to go fast without long strides when you have a fast cadence. Basically made me land on my midfoot with good form, and achilles was tight + shins sore at end. I'll have to try this more often on easy runs so it eventually becomes natural.
