Windy and snowy--"feels like" 12F (-11C). Went out early today--saw thick snow swirling around lamp posts and had to get out before it did something stupid like stop. Wore BR tights over compression shorts, Helly Hansen top, Celestial jacket, BR red knit hat, white gloves. Comfy.
Couple of inches of new snow meant for another slowish run, but again it keeps the HR down so it's all good. And lovely. I did bridge-to-bridge loop, then down and did outer loop of park. Crossed 11 bridges--not at all a record, but I do love those little white bridges in the snow. Garmin freaked out in park, insists I left path and ran a straight line to where I finished, so with added distance my second mile was probably a bit faster than it appears. Love you, Garmin. It's okay.
