Chafing! Ow ow ow. I rarely chafe in the short shorts now, but I did today. Too hot? Not hot enough to sweat sufficiently? Too fast (well, not at first, but didn't really get bad until 2nd half, when I did speed up a bit). Don't know, but ow. Put some Bliss on when I got home, as it's supposed to help healing. We'll see.

Thought I was going at a good pace the first half mile, but it was well over 6 minutes. It was just as fast as I could go then. Sped up slightly, and with effort, on the second mile, and more on the third. But it wasn't a Yay! run by any stretch of the imagination.

One factor: I had a Kashi TLC bar before run, but still felt hungry before I started. That's the trouble with running at lunchtime...
