Lovely morning--started just after dawn. Melody and I chatted the whole way, which reminded me of how hard it was to talk back when I started running with her. Felt it a little the last mile or so, but was in general more comfortable than last week--on the other hand, we went a bit faster last week.
Wore: UA shorts w/VF panties, Saucony black/silver top, MC bra, white Atheletic Annex hat.
