36 at start, 39 at end. Maffetone range at last! Well, hit 137 and 138 on two hills, very briefly, but overall did what I was supposed to. Finally. Perversely proud of my 17+ pace.
Chilly today. Wore Target tights, green Indy Runner t-shirt, Celestial Seasonings jacket, Mini cap. Fine for weather. Face was cold from wind, but really not balaclava weather so better get used to it.
