Not rainy, but raw and damp. Wore tights + longsleeve for I think the first time. Also Mini cap. Comfortable, not overheated.
15 minutes walk to warm up, 12 or so at end cool down. Seemed a little harder to keep heart rate down today compared to Wednesday, but still felt pretty good, and nice low average. Splits:
