52 at start, 52 at end. Wore Target tights, Paul's green singlet, Mini cap. Cool, but felt great. Whole run felt terrific--it really flowed today, for the first time since starting low heart rate training.Started with 10 minute warm up walk to beach, then turned around and did Pikisaari route, ending with 10 minute cool down walk home. Lower heart rate than ever, max 143. Was instinctively slowing down for hills, never felt forced. Legs felt great until near end--still some soreness in left leg, but I do think it's getting better.

Forest run spectacular today--sun slanted through trees partway into it, with nothing but grey to left over water. Just lovely.
