Just a quickie today before tomorrow's 10K. Didn't want to take it too easy, didn't want to stress my legs too much, so went for a progressive run: first mile nice slow 12:14, next 30(ish) seconds faster, last 30 (okay, 37) seconds faster than that.
Still getting side stitches when I speed up. Changing breathing helps a bit, but this needs to be gotten through or figured out or something...
Wore PI tights with stripe, Celestial jacket, green Indy Runners t-shirt, yellow Mini cap, blue gloves (off after a mile).
