Fucked up and grabbed Paul's HRM strap instead of mine--Garmin wouldn't read it. So just tried to go slow and hoped for the best. Temp 50 at start, 52 at finish. Very windy. Wore CW-X tights, orange IR shirt, sweatband instead of hat (didn't want to lose it in wind) 46 minutes in, I was really getting hungry. Bad sign that I'm not burning fat like I'm supposed to?
