Last time I checked before I left, it was -18C (0F). Thought it didn't feel warmer than yesterday, though, and when I got back it said -22 (-8F). Probably dropped a few degrees about the time I went out, as that's when the sun came out. "Feels like" -28C/-18F.
Wore Bill Rodgers fleecy tights over CW-X, Indy Runners tech long sleeve over Helly Hansen top, Hincapie jacket, Bill Rodgers yellow knit cap, white gloves. Hands colder today, took a while to warm up--think I ran into the wind first today and with it yesterday. Otherwise not too bad, but it helps that the run was short.
Hip still okay. I can feel it, but it's not really painful.
