Notes
Really nice run on canal--lovely and cool, maybe 50 degrees, sunny, a bit of wind. I wore red capris and black Indy Runners long sleeved shirt, with white Mini cap, Kinvaras, and blue Maui Jims. Thought I might be hot once I got going, but it was windy enough so that what I was wearing turned out to be just right.
Considered 6 miles, but I really felt good and it was a great day for it, so did 7 instead. Have 11 coming up Tuesday night, didn't want to go too far today.
Just a great run. Picked it up last two miles just for the fun of it. HR would have been even lower if I hadn't.
