Guess on temperature. It was supposed to be 80 today, but by the time we ran it was absolutely lovely--cool and comfortable. Colorful trees along the canal, too, and still water. Ran with Tammy and then Julie caught up with us. Julie and I turned around at the wooden bridge for 4.55 miles; Tammy went on targeting 6. I felt that I was really running to keep up with Julie, but came in about 12 pace, so I was imagining things. Good run, though.
