Didn't realize it had been QUITE so long since my last run--two weeks. Damn. No wonder we were slow. Trail was also snowy/slippery, which didn't help.
Wore new Giordana jacket over black PI longsleeve, black gloves, new Hind hat, grey Brooks tights and Injini toe socks (comfortable--didn't notice them at all, actually). Plenty warm--that jacket is great.

Looking at splits, obviously can't blame it all on the snow--we definitely slowed down! Blame it on slacking off for two weeks--heart rate very high, too. Oh, well. Start training with Indy Runners on Tuesday night.
