Notes

34 at start, didn't get end temp but probably close. Wore C9 tights, Craft ribbed top, Paul's PI blue vest, grey knit cap, white Running Forum gloves. Comfortable. Thought of taking off gloves very near start, but didn't have to after all.

Zig-zagged through park, so distance is iffy--can see on map where Garmin cut some corners, but also seems to have stretched a few segments out. Long uphill near finish is probably what made that mile slower (although who knows, with Garmin).

Very happy with first mile pace.

New plan: I'm going to six days, but two VERY easy 2-milers. For now, same weekly distance, but split up to give me more easy runs. I think increasing distance by extending most of my runs was a mistake. We'll see how this goes. Plan is: Monday 2 recovery from long run, Tues. 3, Wed 5, Thurs 2 recovery, Fri off, Sat 3, Sun 7. So one long, one med-long, two easy and two incredibly easy recovery. When I add miles again, I either will extend long and med-long or the two 3s, and keep the very easy recovery days.
