Notes
A bit windy, not too bad. Wore grey tights, black PI longsleeve, black Hincapie vest, white Athletic Annex cap, white MC bra. Intervals. Killed me. First time I've done them off-pavement, and it really beat me up. Finished 4th lap of field a bit before 32 minutes, then walked a minute, slow jogged another 3 and still felt like crap.
