"Feels like" 11 for contest. Wore wind under-tights, C9, long sleeved Indy Runners shirt, cream wool Hincapie jacket, grey hat, blue gloves. A little warm for a bit, but wind was in my face on way back--then I felt I could have used a vest.
Goal was 4 at 12:30, but first mile was slower than expected. Readjusted goal on fly to average in 12:40, hit that. Don't know what happened--perhaps it's calorie deficit. Loosing weight again, and finished yesterday without eating all calories but was only 200 under. Doesn't seem enough to make me slow today. Perhaps just need a day off. Will take tomorrow and see how it goes. The two weeks virtually off, then back up to 20+ could be a bigger factor, or it could be a combination.
