Another race against Jonesy, but this time kept pace with him from the off and steadily pulled away. Happy to report there are no repercussions from yesterday's 5k race -- the only soreness I experienced was from the #200squats workout this morning.

Great to end the Summer with a six miler -- one mile for each week I spent in the boot. Bring on the Fall!
