ran starting from our house with brit and stegherr. ran down nix road (across from bobo road), to the dead end, then turned left, and ran to Brady Street. about 4 min farther than last time (so 8 min farther total). i ended up running a little faster on the way back, (out in 32:09, back in 30:58). so i finished ahead of stegherr and brit. i felt about as good as i could on a run at 7 am on a sunday morning
