Notes
Nothing special in mind here. Just went out to do an easy 4, turned it into 5. Faster than a typical easy run, but never really pushed it either to the point of it being a tempo either. PF issue is there but not really impacting yet, I'm guessing I wont even notice it during a race with the adrenaline going. Legs feel ok if not fresh, still hoping for a halfway decent race on Sunday.
