OK, it's Sunday morning (day after run) and my shin feels pretty good (knock on wood). It was pretty tweaky going out, especially on the first couple of miles. didn't really settle down until maybe 7 or 8 miles in. Pretty nice run after that. Looks like maybe my 10+ min miles might be when I stopped to take a leak. Nice to see that my last mile was race pace and nice negative split overall. Ate 6 dates and 3 or 4 GUs - pretty much completely vegan week before except fish one night and cheese on pizza another....
