ok, so I've been off running for a few days due to right shin (maybe shin splint?). I started out nice and easy and had zero pain. Cranked up for a mile to sub-7:30s, and was basically pain free, then ran 3/4 mile more or less pain free. Came up to my room, still pain free. Stretched, still feeling good. Then I just had to dig my fingers in there and now I feel a little tweaked. Hopefully I did more good than harm, I'll take tomorrow off and not run until Friday....
