Lactate Threshold time trial. Went out easy 10 min warm up, then 30 mins at what I though would be my "max" effort over that time. I recorded the last 20 mins of that 30 min time trial and average heart rate for that is LT... in this case 175. I averaged just under 8 min/miles - and was pretty wiped towards the end, but probably could have gone a bit faster.
