101 calories burned. Total workout time with run 59:47, 353 calories. Good workout, core is getting strong. Knee bothering me a bit so making sure to do leg press one leg at a time, started single leg squats again and everything butt to prevent any IT Band issues from coming up and just strong legs in general. They're pretty hot looking if I do say so myself!
