COMMENTS: I had a great day today!! I cut 1:03 off of my time from last year! I'm feeling it now but I pretty much felt good the whole race. I may have been eating too much so cut back and cut back the coke and it seemed to work. No IT issues like last year and the quads held up. Couple little blisters and toes got banged up but no worse than usual. Am very excited and happy. Finished 2nd in age group.
