COMMENTS: Did 3 x .75 repeats at 7:41 pace this morning along with HR test. 162 at 8:34 pace, 2.5 incline for .5 mile to get reading. Also, 135 at 5.7 mph, flat for .5 mile for reading. Lower than 2 weeks ago on both!
