Notes

Ran twice today since so nice out!! Had to open the gym, so couldn't run outside then and going now from work. 275 calories burned. Went down S. Burlington bike path, then took right to get to Red Rocks, did loop and went by Burton to get back and make more of a loop course instead of out and back. Was nice!
