Notes

My run actually started from work and went through Red Rocks and up to Bourne's to pick up the van. After work, I drove straight to Saxon Hill and did an abreviated loop by not going all around the dirt roads or the little extra Flo trail. Goal for the day was 8m. Burned 617 calories. I was trying to rush and get to boys lacrosse game at the high school. Good run and much needed after hours of webinars at work.
