It was sooooo hot today!! I was dying! My HR was too high for what I was doing-that's the heat for you! Not ready for it at all. Did 8 miles out and back to Bingham Brook Rd and then did a Full Demeter out back to get 12. Wore new trail shoes today. Feel much better than road shoes.
