Aliza came over and we just ran around the roads from home, playing tag with the plows. Was good to get heart rate up but legs tired from the week-walked the hills a bit. Had an awesome time at the mountain that afternoon. Hooked up with Duncan and Haven and skied the woods with them. Proud of myself for going beyond my comfort zone and had good last run with Haven down part of Toll Rd after sharing a coffee. He cut through the woods and I would meet him around the corner. A pleasantly memorable afternoon ;-) !
