Notes

Did 1 mile to warm-up, did 3 miles at 8 min pace with half mile in between to recover and 1 mile cool down. Throat a little sore so took it easy. Heart rate wasn't going through the roof so took that as a good sign. Basicly ran out of time because I wanted to lift too.
