Totally out of it today-exhausted from crazy week of skiing, work, kids-the usual. Forgot my helmet and goggles at home-first time in years I have skied without a helmet. Forgot about breakfast and group picture, parked car totally illegally in spruce lot for the day. Was able to run 8m on the tm after and felt better and hung out for torchlite parade.
