TEMPERATURE: 70's
COMMENTS: Ran a little later this morning-slept in and took time getting there. Ran first lap with Jack a little faster than I would have liked so was a little tired going tinto second lap. Wore Montrails which the left one was starting to bite into my heel again but no bloody toe! Quit once I hit the road-walking too much and holding water bottle starting to bug me.
