Ran with Jack at lunch time after getting back from Hyde Park and working with Fred. Heart was fine but legs were dead. Was scheduled to do 10 miles but quit after 4. Got a headache and in a mood-tired of trying to keep up with Jack even though he says I don't have to-it gets discouraging when he just takes off all the time.
