Brooks Adrenaline ASR Trail (4)
Ran while Phil was at soccer practice. Went through the Farms sticking to the roads. Saw a deer which was a little freaky-two green things glowing in the dark. Legs sore from Sunday and don't know why I went so far. Guess I need a plan.
