TEMPERATURE: 60's
COMMENTS: Was chilly today-ran later this afternoon. Philip came with me and did better than the other day. He liked the cooler weather too. Knees are sore from biking I think and falling over. Toe did fine in sneakers and did some core stuff at gym today.
