Did 4 x .75 m intervals on the treadmill this morning making up for what should have been done yesterday. Could tell only had 5.5 hrs of sleep since it didn't take long for HR to get to 175 by 2nd interval. Did two at 7:35 pace and 2 at 7:41 pace. So wanted to quit but didn't!
